Max joined Revelstoke in April 2026 as Director of AI & Data Science within the Portfolio Transformation Group. With 15 years of healthcare strategy and AI implementation experience, Max helps portfolio companies move faster and smarter with AI.
Prior to Revelstoke, Max spent two years at Publicis Sapient as Senior Principal leading enterprise AI and operating model redesign for national payers, building AI-enabled solutions in medical cost forecasting and payment integrity. Before that, he advised national payers, health systems, and PE-backed healthcare platforms at Boston Consulting Group on margin expansion and digital transformation. Earlier in his career, Max co-founded a global innovation team at Deloitte focused on sourcing and evaluating emerging healthcare and AI companies in the Israeli tech ecosystem for US multinational partnerships.
