Bailey McClain-Avant

Bailey joined Revelstoke in 2026. Prior to Revelstoke, she was an Associate in the Healthcare practice at Spencer Stuart. In this role, she identified and built executive leadership teams for private equity–backed healthcare services and digital health organizations ranging from $50 million to over $10 billion in revenue. She led and managed end-to-end recruitment engagements for senior roles, including CEO, CFO, COO, and CRO positions, serving as a trusted advisor to clients on talent strategy and organizational leadership.
