Tom joined Revelstoke in 2021 and leads the Strategy & Operations vertical within PTG.
Prior to Revelstoke, Tom was a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Strategy practice. In his 7 years at Deloitte, Tom regularly worked with healthcare systems and Fortune 100 biopharma companies, leading strategy and operations engagements from assessment through implementation.
Tom’s prior experience has included large-scale strategic growth initiatives, process and quality improvement, clinical operations and productivity, sustainable margin improvement, operating model design, and organization transformation.
