Samantha Gordon Webb

Samantha joined Revelstoke in 2019 to launch and oversee Portfolio Transformation Group (“PTG”) for the firm, which is focused on maximizing and accelerating value creation opportunities for the portfolio. Prior to Revelstoke, Samantha was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group. From 2013 to 2019, Samantha was part of BCG’s Payer, Provider and Services group, where she advised a range of for-profit, regional and community health systems, academic medical centers and pediatric hospitals on strategic, operational and M&A issues.

Samantha started her BCG career in New York City, moved in 2016 to start BCG’s Denver office for the Firm, and during her time was also involved in leading the office’s recruiting and career development efforts. Prior to BCG, Samantha was an Associate in the Healthcare Group of the Investment Bank at Credit Suisse in New York City, where she worked across all sub-sectors of healthcare on IPO and private placements.

Samantha started her career in management consulting from 2007 to 2010 at Booz & Company, the strategy consulting arm of Booz Allen and Hamilton, where she also advised many regional and national payer and provider organizations on strategy and operational engagements.
