Russell Cassella

Russell joined Revelstoke in 2017. He is a Managing Partner on the Investment Team and is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company monitoring. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and the Executive Committee, the decision-making body for the firm’s overall management and strategic direction, where his primary responsibilities include fundraising strategy and execution, oversight of Investor Relations and Responsible Investment, and deal monitoring.

Prior to joining Revelstoke, Russell was a Partner at GCM Grosvenor where he focused on healthcare and business services investments and served on 15 boards of directors. Prior to GCM, Russell was a Principal in the Customized Fund Investment Group of Credit Suisse Group AG. Previously, he held investment banking, operating, and consulting positions with Deutsche Bank, Diageo, and Deloitte Consulting, respectively.
