Michael Nutting

Michael joined Revelstoke in 2024 to lead the firm’s Capital Markets activities, assisting portfolio companies in raising debt capital, managing relationships with financing partners and navigating corporate finance alternatives, while also overseeing credit-related investments for the firm. He brings over 25 years of experience as a private equity capital markets and investment banking professional.

Prior to Revelstoke, Michael held a similar role as the Chief Capital Markets Officer of Marlin Equity Partners. He began his time in private equity capital markets as Managing Director, Capital Markets & Corporate Finance for The Gores Group.

Michael began his career as an investment banker, most recently at Credit Suisse, where he advised private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in executing leveraged finance, equity capital markets and M&A transactions, and previously at Merrill Lynch and CIBC Oppenheimer.
