Howard Lipshutz

Howard has more than 41 years of experience as a private equity investor and corporate lending professional. Since joining Revelstoke in 2014, Howard has been responsible for debt capital markets as well as acquisition and strategic initiatives.

Prior to Revelstoke, Howard co-founded a lower middle market private equity firm, sourcing capital from a select group of family office investors.

For 14 years, Howard was a Director at KRG Capital Partners, a Denver-based middle market private equity firm. At KRG, he led the deal origination and marketing functions and was a senior deal team/board member on companies in various industry sectors. Howard spent the first 16 years of his career as a corporate lender, primarily with Nations Bank/Bank of America affiliates in Los Angeles, including 8 years involved in cash flow lending for private equity-backed M&A transactions.
