Bob Hughes

Bob joined Revelstoke in 2023 as an Operating Advisor to help establish the PTG Technology vertical, where he applies deep expertise in technology, data, and operations to drive best practices across portfolio companies. He brings extensive experience advising private equity and venture capital firms on due diligence, growth strategy, and execution of post-deal value creation initiatives across diverse industries.

Prior to Revelstoke, Bob served as Managing Director at The Synchrony Group, an Atlanta-based consultancy, where he partnered with investors and management teams to accelerate growth and operational transformation. Previously, he was Chief Information & Technology Officer for The New York Racing Association, where he led a large-scale technology modernization effort that significantly enhanced both operational performance and the customer experience.

Earlier in his career, Bob held senior technology and operations leadership roles at McLarens, RSM McGladrey, Cogentes, and Ceridian Corporation. Over the course of his career, he has built a track record of success in high-growth and turnaround environments, bringing strategic insight and hands-on execution to organizations of all sizes, both in North America and internationally.
