Andrew Thoma

Andrew joined Revelstoke in 2025. Prior to joining Revelstoke, Andrew was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he partnered with PE firms to drive procurement value capture across portfolio companies. He has also led transformations that covered a wide range of topics, including supply chain, manufacturing, working capital, and organizational design. Andrew began his career as an Army Engineer Officer, leading infrastructure projects in Iraq and counternarcotics operations in Peru. He previously worked on operations strategy initiatives for Amazon as part of a graduate research fellowship.
