Denver, CO – Revelstoke Capital Partners, LLC (“Revelstoke”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the fundraising for Revelstoke Capital Partners Fund I, L.P. and Revelstoke Capital Partners Co-Investment Fund I, L.P. (the “Fund”). The Fund, which raised $307 million, was substantially oversubscribed and reached its hard cap, significantly exceeding its target fund size. Since the firm’s inception in mid-2013, Revelstoke has raised in excess of $515 million in equity commitments across its various investing entities.
