Denver, CO – Revelstoke Capital Partners, LLC (“Revelstoke”) is pleased to announce three promotions and two hires to its investment team.
Andrew Welch and Arion Robbins were promoted to Principal. Mr. Welch joined Revelstoke in early 2014 and serves on the board of directors of Revelstoke portfolio companies Upstream Rehabilitation, Encore Rehabilitation and Transport Investments. Mr. Robbins joined Revelstoke in 2013 and serves on the board of directors of Revelstoke portfolio companies Schryver Medical, Career Step, Crossroads Treatment Centers and Fast Pace Urgent Care.
Jonathan Miller was promoted to Senior Associate. Mr. Miller joined Revelstoke in 2013 from the Royal Bank of Canada’s investment banking group and is involved in evaluating opportunities and executing transactions at Revelstoke, including the firm’s investments in Upstream Rehabilitation, Schryver Medical, Career Step, Crossroads Treatment Centers, Fast Pace Urgent Care and Accelecare Wound Centers.
Michael Constantinides and Alan Fredian recently joined the firm as Associates. Mr. Constantinides was previously an analyst at Cain Brothers & Co. in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare services industry. Mr. Constantinides holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Fredian was previously an analyst in the Healthcare Group of Houlihan Lokey, Inc. in Chicago. Mr. Fredian holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
