Revelstoke invested in an affiliate of Upstream Rehabilitation (“Upstream”), a national provider of a comprehensive set of outpatient rehabilitation services, including free-standing physical therapy clinics, outpatient rehabilitation management services and a member network of rehabilitation service providers.

With corporate offices in Birmingham, Alabama and Chattanooga, Tennessee, Upstream operated a number of owned, managed, and joint venture clinics across the United States.
